This is my first week in my weight loss journey. I'm a strong
believer that weight loss is about a lifestyle change rather than some
fad-diet or a quick way to lose weight. I have about 30 lbs to lose in
order to get to where I was (weight-wise) when I left California a year
and a half ago.
I started to do weight watchers! I
really love it because it gives me something to track and it is more
realistic as far as the lifestyle change because while you are changing
what you eat because you're confined to a certain amount of points each
day, they don't ask you to cut out your favorite foods- but just eat
them in moderation.
